Working remotely from your desktop is very easy and time efficient. Call or e-mail us a description of your project and we'll send you an estimate. After that we can discuss the details. Then ship us your product samples. As soon as we have a digital image capture that we like, we'll e-mail you a screen resolution Jpeg file for your comments and approval. You can then easily share this file image with other decision makers, anywhere in the world, for their immediate review.
When all work has been completed on your images we'll e-mail or ftp low-resolution FPO images to you for final approval. You can immediately begin using these FPO images for placement in your page layout software. Your high-resolution finished files will be shipped to you on a CD-ROM disk overnight via Federal Express.

We have the technology to produce digital image files suitable for anything from wall sized murals down to
tiny web site thumbnails. It is important for you to consider the largest size for which you might want to
use a photograph so that we can shoot for that size. However, larger images do come with larger price tags
as they are more time consuming to produce. - click here to see our Tool Box

Our critically calibrated and custom profiled Color Management System assures you of the most accurate
color possible. If the color of your merchandise is within the gamut of colors that can be reproduced by
your chosen form of output then we'll come as close as technically possible to matching it. If it is an "out of
gamut" color that simply cannot be reproduced by the printing process you've chosen then we'll achieve
an "apparent" match that captures the essence and feeling of your product.
We are nationally recognized experts in Color Management.

We deliver image files that are print-ready for your specified output. In most cases we provide an output
sized CMYK.tif file for printing as well as a full capture resolution RGB Master file for future re-purposing
of the images. The RGB master file is in the Adobe RGB (1998) colorspace unless otherwise specified.

The file package you receive will contain an image sized to your specifications and ready to be RIPed
for final platemaking. We convert your Master RGB image file to the appropriate CMYK colorspace
to be printed. On larger projects such as multi-page catalogs we will, at your request, produce a custom
output device color profile specifically matched to your commercial printer's specific output device
for the last word in color accuracy.

For a small additional fee we produce reliable "proofs" from our custom profiled seven-color Epson Stylus
Photo 2200 printer which are generally satisfactory for "loose color" proofing,
However, for "contract proof" purposes we recommend that you rely on final proofs from your commercial
printer. When working with fabrics or other subjects prone to halftone moire we recommend that
you obtain true halftone dot proofs such as the Kodak Approval proof.

Ship your merchandise to us via Federal Express, United Parcel Service or the U.S. Postal Service.
Because of our location we only receive one delivery per day which is approximately 2:30 PM for
Federal Express Priority Overnight service and about 5:00 PM for United Parcel Service.
The U.S. Postal Service delivers at 12:00 noon ...however, if you are in a panic rush, you can send a parcel
guaranteed overnight express AND notify us that it is coming so that we can arrange to pick it up at the
post office at 8:00 AM before it is given to the letter carrier. Bear in mind that we have to drive the
20 miles to the post office to do this, so it's really only for rush situations.
For return shipments please bear in mind that our cut-off time to schedule a pick-up for Federal Express
is at 11:15 AM. The cut off time for U.S. Postal Service (including the drive time) is 3:30PM.

coverage for their products and samples. Most clients already have such coverage included in their current
